David: I'm chatting with my high school friend. He is in the army.

Ed: How is he holding up?

David: Why not? He is waiting for a furlough.

Ed: Are you planning to meet him?

David: Yes. I'm going to meet him on next Monday.

Ed: Is it okay if I caught up with you later?

David: It couldn't be better.
